Yard Operative

Stone specialises in natural stone supplied to the landscape and
construction industries. We are looking for a Yard Operative to work
at our busy Scotland - Castlecary Depot.
Job
Specification:-
Working in our automated robotic bagging plant to fill and wrap pallets of poly bags of products - training will be given
Carefully pick and prepare orders

Lifting,
packing and crating of natural stones
-
Loading
and off loading lorries and customer vehicles
-
Helping and assisting our customers in the yard
-
General
yard duties including keeping the yard tidy
Stock checking
-
Working safely at all times and adhering to Health and Safety regulations
Person
Specification:-
You
are physically fit and able to work in a busy yard, involving manual handling and working outside in all weathers

You
have good numeracy and literacy skills
-
You
have a good eye for detail
-
You
are reliable, with good time keeping skills
-
Experience
in builders merchants is an advantage
-
Fork
Lift licence and experience required
Loading shovel experience would be an advantage
-
You must have a Full Clean Driving License
