Porphyry Setts & Soest Clay Pavers
Project year: 2017
Posted: 17 Jan, 2022
In this project curved pathways and circular terraces were used to transform a neglected narrow plot into a tranquil space.
For the meandering pathways which lead to and from the circular pond area, Soest Clay Pavers were used. The reddish browns and purple tones of the pavers complement the old brick walling which surrounds the garden perimeter.
Porphyry 80/100mm Setts were used for a small area at the very tip of the narrow plot and again for a circular patio feature where a bench allows one to relax and admire the vantage points of either side of garden. Although a stand out feature, the warm multi-coloured palette of the Italian Porphyry harmonises beautifully with the soest clay pavers.
A fantastic eye-catching design using products complementing the cottage garden's homely and traditional style.
