Success at Hampton Court Flower Show

With the sun beaming all week and temperatures over 30°C the weekend, the weather was perfect for those adventurous people exhibiting or attending this years’ RHS Hampton Court Flower Show.

CED have supplied natural stone to the RHS shows for many years and 2013 has been no exception. A wide variety of natural stone products were supplied to three Hampton Court show gardens this year and we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of them for winning the following awards:

The appropriately named “Hot Stuff Garden“, designed by Victoria Truman and Liz Rentzsch won a Silver Medal, as did Caspian Robertson’s inspired “Bugs in Boots Garden” and Matthew Childs’ superb “Ecover Garden” winning not just a Gold medal, but also Best Show Garden.

All the gardens were a wonder to behold and we would like to convey a very big “well done” to all involved, with a huge thank you for using CED to help create such wondeful spaces.

With these brilliant awards following so closely on from our successes at this years Chelsea Flower Show, 2013 has turned out to be quite possibly, our best ever year for these amazing show gardens.
